We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the 50 United States + Puerto Rico and Washington D.C through UPS.
We are unable to ship to military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery at this time.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed by 1pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or after 1pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day.
We are unable to offer Saturday delivery at this time.
It can take anywhere from 3-10 business days for your item to arrive once we receive your order.
Please note that orders placed on or around a national holiday may require longer processing times than normal.
All orders are pending credit authorization and pending availability.
Sales tax is applicable for purchases being shipped to the state of California.
We are not responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Once we have dropped the order to the carrier, you (the buyer) will assume the risk of loss + title for the merchandise. Please contact UPS to remedy and also let us know at email@example.com. We will do our best to try to assist you with the claim, however, please understand that we are not responsible and a replacement of the item or a refund will be case dependent on the resolution with UPS.
We are not responsible for refused packages. In case a package is returned to Sun Fun, the total cost of the return fees will be deducted from the customer's refund.
We accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund as long as:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
Items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned.
We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise will have a re-stocking fee applied to it if packaging does not come back in its original condition. The re-stocking fee is $15.00 should it need to be applied.
Please allow 5-10 days of receipt to process your return.
It may take several additional days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.
We do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
We are not able to issue exchanges. Instead, please request a return authorization for the item that you want wish to replace for a refund and then create a new order separately.
We cannot offer merchandise credits at this time.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Purchases made between 11/15/18 and 12/25/18 that are not final sale and are in saleable condition and with original packaging and tags may be returned for a full refund of the original price paid through 1/15/19.
All other points listed in the Return Policy above also applies to the Holiday Return Policy.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and request your items to be returned.
Make sure to include the following information in your message:
- Your order #
- Reason for your request
Once we receive your request, we will review and issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to you. You will then need to:
- Write the RA# on the exterior of your package when shipping back to us.
- Print out the email you receive from us with the RA# and include this document inside the package that you are returning to us.
We will not accept returns without an authorized RA#. If we receive a return without a RA#, you will not be credited and the merchandise will be returned back to you at your expense.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a re-stocking fee will need to be applied to your return, please note that $15 will be deducted from your refund.
